Kevin Onizuk began his career in the lending industry in 1994. His career in the mortgage business started as a top producing loan officer and he has gone on to become a leader in organizations that originated and managed billions of dollars in lending volume. He is recognized as an industry expert and has been a featured speaker and trainer in industry events across the country. He has been a columnist for The Scotsman Guide magazine, hosted a radio show, and is currently working on writing and publishing a book on buying real estate. Kevin is also qualified as a trainer for the VHDA new home buyer program.
Kevin uses his thorough understanding of the loan process to provide outstanding sales support and service to his customers and referral partners. Kevin is dedicated to finding the best products, programs and interest rates for all of his clients. Kevin lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife Heather, his two daughters Makenzie and Raegan, and his son Chase. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and playing with his kids.
